1. Who we are

Eze Design Solutions Ltd (company no. 16321698), trading as eze websites suffolk ("we", "us"), operates eze.design. We are the controller for personal data you send us. Registered office: Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom.

2. What we collect

When you use the start form or email us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, business type, logo status, message, preferred go-live date, selected extras, hosting preferences, and how you heard about us.

3. How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, confirm your order, take payment, and deliver the site. We do not sell your data. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to complete the work and meet tax and legal duties, then delete or anonymise them.

4. Processors

Form submissions are handled by Netlify (or Formspree, if that is configured) so the request reaches our inbox. Hosting for this marketing site is on Netlify. If you buy hosting, domain, or Google Workspace email through us, those providers process the data needed to run those services.

5. Cookies and analytics

The site needs essential cookies to work. Optional Google Analytics is off unless we enable it and you accept the cookie notice. If you do not see a notice, we are not using analytics. You can decline analytics and still use the site.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion, subject to legal limits. Email rheanne@eze.design. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
