Terms

These terms are between you and Eze Design Solutions Ltd (company no. 16321698), trading as eze websites suffolk. Registered office: Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom.

1. Sending a request is not a contract

The start form is a request. We email an order summary and payment details. A contract starts when you pay the confirmed total, or when we both agree the summary in writing.

2. What the base price covers

£697 is a one-off fee for a complete base site: up to five pages, a mobile layout, a contact form, local SEO for your services and area, and one revision round. Optional extras, hosting, domain, and email are priced separately on the services page.

3. What you provide

You provide business details, copy notes, a logo if you have one, and photos you have the right to use. If content is late, the go-live date moves. We can use placeholders until your files arrive.

4. Process and revisions

After payment we mock up your homepage for sign-off, then build the full site. Feedback is by email or recorded video. One revision round is included in the base price. Extra rounds and live calls are charged at the listed rates.

5. Payment

Payment is due as set out in the order email, before the homepage preview unless we agree otherwise. Extra pages after launch are from £150 unless quoted differently in writing.

6. Cancellation

If you cancel before we send a homepage preview, we refund any amount you have paid for the build. After the preview is sent, the base fee is payable. Hosting billed monthly can be cancelled at the end of the current month.

7. Intellectual property

When the build is paid in full, you own the site copy, layout, and design we created for you. We may show the work as an example unless you ask us not to. Third-party tools, fonts, photos, and hosting stay under their own licences.

8. Hosting and ongoing services

Hosting, domain, email, and the monthly updates plan are optional and billed at the listed rates. We will confirm those totals before they start.
